We stand behind the quality and sanctity of our icons, prayer cards, and gifts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Timeframe for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on unused and undamaged items within 7 days of the original delivery date.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any items back, you must contact us to receive authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

  2. Subject Line: Please use the subject line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

  3. Required Information: In the body of the email, please state the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  4. Receive Instructions: We will reply within [Y] business days with instructions on where to send your return.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (see Damaged/Incorrect Items below).

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refund Type: You will receive a refund via [Original Payment Method / Store Credit] within [Z] business days of receiving and approving the returned item.

  • Deductions: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are exempt from our return policy:

  • Custom Orders: Any items personalized, including custom parish cards, custom icons, or items with names/dates added.

  • Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Orders placed under our wholesale or parish discount program.

  • Digital Products: Downloadable materials or gift cards.

  • Items on Final Sale.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered):

  • We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
