Anxiety & Mental Health Saints Prayer Card Bundle — Saint Dymphna, Saint Paisios, Saint Porphyrios, Saint Seraphim of Sarov & Saint Silouan the Athonite
Bundle Product Title: Anxiety & Mental Health Saints Prayer Card Bundle — Saint Dymphna, Saint Paisios, Saint Porphyrios, Saint Seraphim of Sarov & Saint Silouan the Athonite
Product Description:
Five handmade Eastern Catholic and Orthodox prayer cards for those living with anxiety, depression, and the interior suffering that is hardest to explain to others.
Each card features a full-color icon on the front. On the back: a short historical biography of the saint — who they were, what they experienced, and why the faithful pray to them for anxiety and mental health — followed by a prayer addressed directly to that saint for peace, relief, and interior healing. Cards are standard holy card size (2.5" × 4.25"), printed on quality card stock, and made by hand in Austin, Texas.
The five saints in this bundle:
Saint Dymphna — Roman Catholic. The canonical patron of mental illness and emotional trauma. An Irish princess who bore an impossible situation with no good options — and who has interceded for the mentally ill, the anxious, and the traumatized for fifteen centuries. The most widely recognized patron of mental health in the Christian world.
Saint Paisios the Athonite — Eastern Orthodox. The beloved modern elder of Mount Athos, canonized in 2015. He counseled thousands of anxious people with radical simplicity: stop carrying so much yourself, leave it to God, He is not indifferent. His warmth and conviction made people believe him.
Saint Porphyrios of Kavsokalyvia — Eastern Orthodox. The elder who taught that fighting anxiety directly makes it stronger — and that turning toward Christ in love is the only cure that actually works. For those who have tried harder and found it only grows.
Saint Seraphim of Sarov — Eastern Orthodox. The Russian wonderworker who greeted every visitor with "My joy" regardless of what they carried. He embodied peace not as the absence of difficulty but as a real presence — something that can be acquired and transmitted. The patron of those who believe peace might be possible even for them.
Saint Silouan the Athonite — Eastern Orthodox. The Athonite monk who bore fifteen years of profound spiritual darkness and whose counsel remains the most honest word ever spoken to the despairing: "Keep your mind in hell and despair not." For the worst moments — not mild worry, but the darkness that covers everything.
These cards are for the person who cannot explain to anyone else what is happening inside them. For the one whose anxiety spikes at 3am. For the caregiver who is exhausted from watching someone they love suffer. For anyone who needs something physical to hold when words run out.
